Registrations are accepted exclusively through this website from 7 March 2022. To sign up for an account (through which to submit your abstract, etc), please access this page. N.B. Due to current constraints, this meeting has a limited number of available slots; your are strongly encouraged to sign up and submit an abstract as soon as possible since the organisers will close registrations as soon as the meeting becomes oversubscribed.

The registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions and poster viewing, the welcome reception (on 24 June), refreshments during the coffee breaks, and lunches (on 25 and 26 June). The gala dinner is not included in the registration fee; interested participants must sign up and pay for this separately. The costs are indicated below.

*To benefit from this reduced registration fee, participants must have their status confirmed by their direct supervisor (further details will be available during the registration procedure).

Cancellation policy

Cancellations with a refund request must be sent by e-mail to the secretariat and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organising secretariat. If accepted, cancellations within 31 May 2022 will be refunded fully minus an administrative charge. No refunds will be provided after 31 May 2022.

Abstracts can be submitted exclusively through your personal myEBPS area; you will need to sign up for an account to have access to this area.

The abstract should be submitted by the presenting author only.

Please note that payment of your registration fee is required before you can submit an abstract.

The abstract submission deadline has been postponed to 31 May 2022 only for poster presentations.

Abstracts guidelines:

• Title. The title must start in uppercase and continue in lowercase, except for conventional terms (ATP, DNA, NFκB, etc). Example:
      This title is written correctly
       This Title is Not Properly Written
       ALSO THIS TITLE IS WRONG
• Authors. If more than one author (but only in that case), underline your name (the presenting author, in whatever position you appear in the author list) and use commas to separate the author names; do not use 'and' before the last author. Write your name and surname in full; for any other authors use initial(s) for the first name(s) followed by the surname. If more than one affiliation (but only in that case), use sequential superscript numbers to identify each institution. Example:
     Mario Rossi¹, J. Doe², F. Bloggs^{1,2
     1}Dept Biomembranes, Golgi & Veratti Univ., Pavia, Italy

• Abstract text. Keep the abstract text to within 1500 characters, spaces included (which is roughly equivalent to 200 words).

Posters

The poster's maximum size is 80 x 120 cm, width x height.

A childcare service is available at the venue during the scientific sessions. If you are planning to make use of this service, you must contact the organisers beforehand, providing information about the number and age of the children who will accompany you.

EBPS 2022 offers Travel Awards to neuroscientists traveling from abroad to present high-quality abstracts at the meeting. The abstracts will be selected from the Committee and communicated to the Awardee by the 5th of May.

The travel Award will be between 400 and 500 euros per award.
